Geneva Sri Lanka CC lost by 17 runs to Power Winterthur CC played Yesterday in Winterthur at the Cricket Switzerland T20 semi final. This has been a long awaited game for all teams who were equally enthusiastic and prepared for with much effort.
GESLCC won the toss and elected to field. Power Winterthur with home ground batting advantage scored 250 runs for a lost of 5 wickets in 20 overs.
In response, when GESLCC started chasing the score, the top order collapsed earlier in the innings without contributing anything significant. However, when Majuran, Lalantha,Wadood, Zarook, and Sanjeewa’s contribution brought the final total to 233 runs at the end of 20 overs.
